Hank the Cowdog books are a very exiting! In the beginning there was a bloody murder on the ranch, so Drover and Hank investigate. Later on they figured out that the bloody murder turned out to be a bloody chicken. They thought it was a ‘coon (raccoon) but they were wrong it turns out it was a porcupine. Hank had quills everywhere! A very funny part was when they met a very rude boxer so Drover peed on the wheel of his owner’s truck. Hank ate the second murdered chicken and got blamed for eating it. Hank hates coyotes but he had no choice but to go to the coyote tribe. I would give it 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend this book to all 3rd graders read it to find out the exiting ending! You can check out the Hank the Cowdog series in the school library.

Reading and math were very hard for her. She could draw exceptionally well though. She got teased a lot by the other kids especially one of the boys in her class. When she was in 5th or 6th grade she moved to California with her mother. There she met her teacher Mr. Falker. He discovered her secret that she really couldn't read. He never gave up on her and taught her how to read. Today she is a world famous author. Her books have great word choice and voice. Also, her illustrations are beautif
