The Strange Case of Origami Yoda is about this kid named Dwight Tharp who wears an origami yoda finger puppet while walking around school. Origami Yoda gives advice to kids that go to McQuarrie Middle school. Towards the end of the book Dwight throws away his Origami Yoda because kids were calling him a loser, a jerk, and saying bad things about him. Then Harvey was really glad that Dwight threw away his Origami Yoda because he always thought that Origami Yoda was a dipwad. (Harvey is a kid at McQuarrie Middle School that doesn’t think that Origami Yoda is real). After that Harvey looks on the internet and prints out a copy of one of the best folded Origami Yoda's and folds it.
The next day of school Harvey shows everyone the new Origami Yoda and says to Tommy,“This is a way better Origami Yoda than Dwight’s”.
The McQuarrie Middle School dance is coming up so Tommy asked Harvey,“Does Sara want to dance with me for the dance?” and Harvey said,“NO!”
A few moments later Dwight shows up behind Harvey and Tommy and says,“Sara does want to dance with Tommy at the dance.”
So then they got into this big fight over if Sara did want to dance with Tommy or not. They came up with an idea to see who was right or not. Here was the plan: at the dance Tommy was going to ask Sara if she wanted to dance with him. Then it would determine who was right.
That is all I can tell you so if you want to find out the answer you will need to read the book yourself.
